My experience from over 25 years of financial management: from group management to the restructuring of medium-sized companies - always with a focus on stability, transparency and sustainable value enhancement.
  • Shortening the monthly closing process from 30 to 10 working days - establishing efficient closing processes and new reporting structures.
  • Introduction of an integrated reporting system at cost center and company level following the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
  • Implementation of personnel restructuring measures in accordance with IDW S6, including stakeholder communication and monitoring.
  • Further development of a liquidity planning and management tool for reliable cash flow management.
  • Responsibility in the restructuring and insolvency phase: preparation of IDW S6 reports, 13-week planning, quarterly reporting, operational processing in Germany and abroad.
